We're a small team building a privacy-first fitness app. The fastest way to reach us is email — we read every message.

The app crashes on the workout screen
Make sure you've granted Apple Health permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Myle. If the screen still crashes, email myle@fhenix.io with your iOS version and what you tapped just before the crash. Don't include workout values — we'd rather not see them.
Why doesn't Myle see my workout?
Myle reads workouts written to Apple Health by the built-in Workout app or by other apps that write to the standard Workout source. Workouts entered manually in third-party apps that don't write to HealthKit won't appear. Pull-to-refresh on the workout picker forces a re-read.
I can't log a run — “already logged”
Myle prevents the same HealthKit workout from being logged twice. If you genuinely want to re-log a synced workout, contact support; we'll help you figure out what's going on.
I lost access to my account
Your account holds the key that decrypts your encrypted runs. Without it, no one can read your data — that's the security property. If you still have access to the email you signed in with, follow the recovery flow from inside the app. If you've fully lost that email, your historical encrypted records are unreadable; we cannot recover them.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account, inside the app. We remove your profile and friendships from our database. On-chain encrypted records remain (blockchains are append-only) but only the holder of your decryption key can read them. Lose access to your sign-in account and those records become permanently unreadable. See the Privacy Policy §6 for more.
Where is my data stored?
Your runs are encrypted on your device and stored as ciphertext on a public blockchain network operated by third parties. Only you hold the key to decrypt them — not us, not anyone else. See the Terms and Privacy Policy for the full data-handling details.
Found a bug or have feedback?
Email myle@fhenix.io. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Steps to reproduce help a lot. Don't include health values — describe them generally (“a 5km run”) rather than the exact numbers.
